Does she have proof that you are a threat to her? Like phone and text records? Police reports? Have you hit her before? Videos, etc? I know how this shyt works, my close cousins has gotten 3 restraining orders put on him by 3 different women.
she has some texts of me saying leave me alone and calling her ugly
she has literally nothing else but lies that i can prove wrong. i've never hit or threatened her

Well you should be gucci then. Question though, and be real with us here. Do you not want the restraining order because you hope to still be able to see her? Are you really over the situation? Like want nothing to do with her?
honestly i do care about her and reading her statement it sounds like some shyt done out of anger and through her boyfriend(she mentioned him every other sentence)
but nah, you get the law on me its over between us as far as any sort of closeness.

Love is a powerful drug my boy. The law doesn't stop many of men from still reaching out after a restraining order is in place. I'm wondering why though she felt the need to get a restraining order against you and go through this court process. Usually when women do this, they are legit afraid of someone. Be smart out here my boy. Let her go, move on and time will heal that wound eventually. Women fall in and out of love in days. For men, it takes us years. I haven't spoken to her in almost a year
But me and her boyfriend did speak man to man a few months ago. He got disrespectful though and I told him to do what he feels and to be mad at his girl not me. She even told me he disrespects her.

I had a frivolous lawsuit filed against me for copyright infringement. Got a lawyer asap and he handled it quickly and got it dismissed.
Had I tried to do it cheap and defend myself dolo, I would open myself up for substantial liability...
Get a lawyer breh....this isn't like tv where you can defend yourself and win...

Unless there’s proof that you’re a threat (incl text msgs or voicemails) ur straight. HOWEVER from experience DO NOT go before a judge without representation. If she has an attorney and u don’t they will roll over u.
