I know we all make six figures, go to the gym every day and only go to Mayo clinics for checkups, but does anyone have High cholesterol or high blood pressure or does it run in out family ?

Why you have high blood pressure? What was the reading?
Nah. Just did my blood pressure test last week. It's all good. Now those machines in the grocery store can check for everything.

hypertension/high blood pressure:
gallon of water a day, + pinch of celtic sea salt every time you drink water + 1 magnesium pill 3 times a day will knock it right out, 3 weeks or less.

Me too. Taking meds for it. It's back down to normal now. Runs in the family.
I had high blood pressure due to water retention. Since I've been exercising regularly, my pressure has gone down but I still take the meds to help my body release water.
I have borderline cholesterol and high blood pressure.

I'm prone to blood clots tho, I've seen several blood work specialists and they don't know why. Had to be hospitalized in ICU a few times for havin em block my arteries in my lungs to the point where I couldn't breath and all the experts say I'm in perfect health and can explain why
