I was entry level high blood pressure when i was a slob and just smoking weed all the time

i’m currently back to running a lot and lifting while only doing an occasional edible
blood pressure is back to healthy levels and i feel amazing tbh


Oh yea also my Dad has high cholesterol and takes medication for it.

Everyone should do their annual check up, sometimes you can catch something in the early stages and reverse it. I was diagnosed with type 2 after Covid (doctors don’t know why) and now my blood sugar is better than healthy people. Take ur health in ur hands, quality life >>>>
How you reverse it?

After my 2nd time getting COVID, I started feeling anxious all the time for no reason…went to the doctor and got diagnosed with high blood pressure. My mom’s side of the family all have it, so I knew it was likely but COVID seemed to trigger it.

Doc put me on some meds that have seemed to help

How you reverse it?

It's not easy but you have to be almost militant like

-cut off all sugar, no exception.
* I use stevia sweetener as a replacement for my coffee

-intermittent fasting.
* I stopped eating 7/8pm and I don't eat for 16 hours straight.

-low carb lifestyle
* white rice, bread, pasta, potatoes are the worst!, if you must eat, make sure it's in small portions.
* vegetables like broccoli, cabbage, mushrooms etc should make up big portion of your plate


there's also so many low carb products like keto breads, atkins snacks (they have goat chocolate bars), frozen dinner, etc, doesn't hurt to stack them up.


last but not least (exercise), I'm horrible at this but it's the best medicine in keeping a good blood sugar level, specially if you just ate high carb foods and you want to avoid spikes.

it's not easy but all it takes is 3 months of dedication and everything I stated will become 2nd nature.

Alll of this also plus please check if you have Sleep Apnea it will exacerbate all of your health issues.

Cholesterol is fine from my blood work
BP ranges from 119-126/60-65

Im just anaemic, so sometimes my numbers are worryingly off.

Look into Keto.

It can literally shift all of these maladies and reverse them bringing you back to perfect health without needing to take any pill or potions. Isn't easy to shift because literally all (addictive) carbs and sugar are off the table but to heal one must be willing to give up what made them sick.

Nope. No health issues in my family either. I’m grateful everyday for my health because I see what so many people with issues go through, and most of it is hereditary.

That’s why with my current lady, before we took it seriously, I asked about her family health history. Men should be a lot more Discerning when they comes to this, and have no shame in rejecting women for this reason.

If I see any serious health problems in your family, mental or physical, I can’t see us being together or having children. You may not think about it now but your children will more than likely inherit those problems. You have to think very carefully about these things.
