Yes, I've had it since November and if you go hard with downloading TV shows/movies, you will really enjoy the Roku. I have the Roku 3 and its fukkin official. Even tho the Amazon Fire looks loaded, I know it will be "closed" off like Apple TV is. If you use a media manager like Plex with your Roku, your stuff will be organized. It can connect to your hard drive/thumb drive and play/stream media from there and its easy to use once you get thru the initial set up and network related stuff. There's a bunch of channels, pr0n, and even "unofficial" channels that people will create and you have to find the codes or get invites to these channels.
I'm satisfied with it even tho you obviously cant watch live TV on it (yet) but I'm never home to watch TV so I watch the shows at my own pace. If I wanna watch a live game or something I will hit up a streaming site and watch on my iMac. EVentually I would think Roku will get some sort of AirPlay feature so I can stream to the TV. There's already a janky version of it that someone made but it needs more of a tweak
