I think I’ve always been something of an outcast. I would easily excel where my peers were challenged, whether it was in school or work. Systems and processes that took them days or longer to master were simple to avail from my end. I’m always thinking, having dialogues in my head about a myriad number of things, pondering on every detail to an almost obsessive degree. I think high intelligence makes you somewhat odd, eccentric and even “crazy” by society’s standards.
It’s difficult for me to get along with the average person, because my mind is always sizing them up. And, some of them sense it and resent me for it.
yep I relate to you. do that Mensa no test see where you are now, approximately. highest score on that is 145 (if you get all right); I scored 142. gave it to lots of people to do and the best I saw was 105I think I’ve always been something of an outcast. there is, you still need knowledge to be a true genius; this just measure potential (iq in general). how good are you at maths? this is just matrices; the wais measures memory, comprehension, thinking speed etc.
