Just switched jobs a few months ago, but my old one was 6.5 yrs.
I had a shytload of accrued PTO, enough that I bought a car with it, and still did some other thangs.

Also, I cashed out a lot of stock around the same time (my old company got bought out which was part of why I left), so yeah, I got obeast on my way to the new job.
