When i had gastritis, i had to cut alot of shyt, including most waters outside of alkaline, cause that would affect me as well. Even tho i reintroduced most of the unhealthy shyt, i still try to stick to alkaline and coconut water. PH matters

I just drink the water from the fridge and make sure to replace the filter every few months.

I did research and found a lot of the stuff these bottled water company market that they do to their water is just fancied ways of describing what this does.
Most of them start wth city tap water and just filter it.

I quit energy drinks by drinking La Croix coconut. They have to be ice cold though and you can’t let them sit once open lol. I recently discovered Topo Chico though. They are on another level. Throw some lime in and it almost taste like a Sprite.

Topo Chico lime is straight fire. And i think they got a grapefruit one too

I just switched back to drinking Alkaline Water the taste is refreshing as hell. I drink close to a gallon a day and I'm now down 15 plus pounds since starting back up in July.
