4 days at the sheriff station and then transferred to twin towers for 3
Anyone here ever been to prison??

Few months in county. Not a big deal, I read a lot, watched movies, I remember my first time in watching 'Kill Bill 1' and 'Cold Mountain' on rec with a bunch of criminals, all captivated by the romance between Renee Zellwegger and whoever else was in that...
The first cell I walked into was kinda scary, I had a miniature sharpened pencil clutched close, laying on the top rack with two burned out old white men...looked suspect. Then, they mixed up my race, and sent me in with two black guys in a cell, but they were cool, one religious, one older gangster, blood, I worked with them serving breakfast in the mornings. The food wasn't bad, but I was 19, eating fast food and shyt everyday, so it wasn't a huge change. Bologna sandwiches are disgusting though, tuna too, never ate it. Now, it'd be a much bigger change, diet wise. That time I was in for like 5 days...but the DA didn't file charges, and I walked out a few days later.
Dorm living is just like summer camp or some shyt, more rules, politics, saw a few people get beat up, 'grab the racks', the reps asked me if I would shank someone if I was told to, ate a lot of Top Ramen, doughnuts and cakes and shyt. Just be clean, respectful, not a loud mouth and it's not a big deal. Read a lot, people sent me books, wrote a lot, played Uno. Read the paper, talk on the phone, watch life go by on the outside.

I mainly meant the first day..like whats goin thru your head when you first get in there, do they really strip search you, hose you down and all that shyt? what's it like layin there in bed that first night brah? what kinda food is on the menu?

My cousins husband has went up state a few times for selling drugs. When he gets out that's what he says "I was just on vacation"
If he gets caught again he's going to be on a permanent vacation(he's on his 3rd strike)

They strip search you in jail also..they strip search you even before you get to jail in the police holding cell..shyt doesn't matter..no they don't hose you down..that's bullshyt..I wasn't scared the first nite..when I first got to prison I was scared for a few hours but not super scared..there is no menu..they serve you something different every day..I was vegan when I was in there..so I gave out my meat, ice cream, eggs,,even milk..
Prison is better than jail..but the only thing that's fukked up, is you'll have a prison felony record..other than that, it's better..
