If you want the best chance of winning though, learn the blackjack strategy chart or play craps if your bankroll is large enough. If played right, you have the best chance of walking home a winner. And let me note here that your odds are still less than 50% as casinos aren't making billions by giving away cash.

Personally, I'm a fan of Casinos in Korea/Europe. Vegas is the best for domestic casinos while AC is a distant 2nd.

I actually haven't studied baccarat but I hear the odds are pretty good. That said, no, the house still maintains an edge. A 5-second Google search shows that the house maintains an edge of at least 1% at one deck and goes up from there.

Casinos are built to make money and they do so exceedingly well.
