Anyone here ever have delayed luggage?

Was it delivered or you had to pick it up?

And airlines must be the industry to have THE WORST customer service in the US, if not he world

Always carry on essentials if possible.

Happened to me during a domestic trip. they delivered to my hotel.

Which airline lost your flight? How long has it been?

I'm starting to think Air France is the Spirit of Europe. In addition to food not made for human consumption, AF 'delayed' mine and about 15 other people's luggage upon my return from CDG. Funny, I've literally been around the world and this is a first. Oh well.
