Two different experiences. Overall South Africa is a better trip than Jamaica to me. If just those 2 cities in particular...Toss up.
Ocho Rios has a beach you can actually get into, probably easier to get laid. Entirely different feel than Capetown which felt almost what I expect a European city to feel like.
I might not have went to the right spots, but I wasn't really feeling the party scene in Capetown. Jamaican parties are good if you like dancehall and don't mind ratchet behavior.
Capetown area has different activities to do. If you been to other Caribbean islands you won't find too much different in Jamaica.
+1 for Ochos Rios as well.
I did a trip similar to yours. Started in Miami, then Jamaica, then the Caymans(waste of time). I took a gamble and took an excursion to Bob Marleys mothers house, really I went cuz my girl is a big fan, shyt took us INTO Jamaica, was an eye opening experience, but them roads
its a two way road wide enough for one car to past at a time. Dude had to toot the horn before every curve. Tour guide was very knowledgeable though and of course all the weed and Jamaican rum you could ask for. We plan on taking another trip exclusively to Jamaica. shyt was a blast.

They do it same weekend of ati it's just in ochi instead of negril.. They even have a cruise that Friday in the day that just sails off the north coast and straight partying.. You can buy a band for the weekend, and also get hotel packages with bands... There are actually other even weekends... There is Heros weekend in ochi in October that is similar to ati but a older more classy crowd" uptown" crowd, there is " bleu" weekend this weekend in mo bay.. Since ati has been successful promoters have launched numerous event weekends. There is also a similar weekend that started last year and thy are having in the Florida keys this November if you want the exact ati experience. If u need more details on any I can send you links to event dates and past pics...

Be careful with that statement you only seen ratchet behavior because you went to rachet parties... It's just like going to a good party in United States, if you know locals and they can take you to very classy parties with women like

Well rachet might of been too strong of a word but you're right I shouldn't generalize. I had a lot of fun at the parties I just wasn't mentally prepared for the way the women dance
I did go with a local. The party def wasn't "upscale" so maybe I should of picked the locals I met on something other than how phat they were. Still had a great time
