- Brooklyn keeps on taking it.
typical inpatient New Yorker here. Who has one and is it worth buying?
not sure if that's the same thing but getting Ir up to pressure can take some time still, it only saves time if you have certain meats that take long to really soften up. Easily saves you a few hours but honestly if you have the time, those hours also infuse the meat with taste of the herbs, spices and/or sauce you're cooking it in, so I only use it when I just want to cook in water
I'm curious if she can duplicate the resultsMoms bought wifey one a month ago and shorty been making sum things w/ hit or miss results. She started off slow shyt was meh, but this indian butter chicken she made the other dayI'm curious if she can duplicate the results
No. The food i cook requires certain special ingredients and take careful focus to be perfect. Instant pots are for people who barely spend time in their homes and/or has a bland taste in food.![]()

Yeah.. I remember we weren't allowed to have them in our dorm room because it was a safety hazard.Word?

Hell nah u sound like can't cook... Rice makers make perfect rice every time though...Crock Pots are the wave imo- set it and forget it. Just season the meat and let it cook while you sleep or whatever. By the time you wake up, the food is done. Also Rice
Cookers are good too. Then get some Ziploc storage containers and all you have to do is re-heat the food when you get home. Don't reheat in the microwave- it takes away the flavor and tenderness of the meat.

whutttt?? I can cook the basics..
what made you say that? I'm saying that crock pots slow cook the meat- beef, chicken and lets all the seasoning and flavor marinate throughout the meat as you cook it, and you can cook beans in there (pinto or black beans). Then add some potatoes and other vegetables and it's an instant quick meal - stew or soup. I'm not saying put a tbone steak or hamburgers in there- I have the foreman grill for that. You're not going to bake a salmon or tilapia in there bc it will be too mushy- but basic meat and potatoes, you can use the crock pot.how do you cook those?? we need answers
