Yeah I still do. No, I just make sure when I get home I have plenty of noise.
Do yo still drink alcohol or go to bars at all?
Cool so you can still go to bars/pubs even ones that are kinda noisy without plugs and it doesn't spike your tinnitus
I went on a few tinnitus boards and the advice is basically never go out and make sure you never hear anything slightly loud or it will destroy you lol

Yeah, I still go to bars and still drink. You pretty much get used to it. Mines really flare up when I'm stressed.
Gotcha so you still drink and go to loud places and it doesn't effect it much
As I said some tinnitus boards people say you should never even go outside because it will hurt you ears lol

If I go to a concert or maybe really loud club I'll wear plugs if I have to but s bar with loud music in not gonna stress about
So it sounds like in general while annoying when it gets loud once you have it for awhile you pretty much get used to it and it's not a big deal

Yea it sounds like they have severe tinnitus. My shyt is mild
Mine can get loud at times but I hear after awhile your brain gets used to it
So yours can get pretty loud at times also but you've pretty much gotten used to it to where it doesn't really effect your life much? And obviously to sleep you need noise. Luckily for me I've always needed a fan or some noise on

can you sometimes still hear it those? I sometimes still can but I'm getting used to it

I still can but it eases my mind listening to Bob Ross, he puts me to sleep. You'll get used to it as time goes on every once in a while it'll annoy the fukk outta you.
That's what I hear. It's been tough as hell these first few months. Few days I didn't feel like doing shyt. I feel a lot of pressure and kinda clogged ears which makes it worse. I think that's probably sinus issues
But from everything I hear it's a lot easier with time where you get used to it. I didn't realize how common it is and how many people have it
