Ive been skateboarding for 30 years now. I started when I was 5.
I was just skating at Denver skatepark last week and fukking shyt up still even in my old age.
Then again I spent the past 6 years living in NYC and nikkas is on another level over thurr boi I tell ya.
I love sliding rails and doing ledge tech tricks now. I oearned that shyt living in Brooklyn and Queens.
The older I get the better I get at skateboarding its ridiculous.

Thats all I would see when I lived in New york.
Hell damn near all the black kids living in Crown Heights were rocking Thrasher gear and Vans...shyt boggled my mind.
Especially considering once upon a time us black skateboarders would get clowned.
But rap now put it in the aesthetic and its poppin amongst the youth now...shyt is fuego
when was that? cause around here in mass black kids been skating for a long time...
some of best local skaters id see around would be the black kids and the puerto rican’s. they used to do their fukking thing at Umass and in Boston when ever i’d make my way out there. these dudes would pick up a board and be doing shyt at umass and the parks that the white kids been trying to do for years gracefully and learner much quicker
if not the black kids being dope as hell, my favorite skateboarder is one who’s entire style, stance, etc clearly inspired by a black skater..
