I'm guessing u talking places like Laveen. Right?Unless you move to the southwest side of Phoenix.That's where all the black folks are concentrated.
Personally, I prefer Mesa over Phoenix, tho.The landscape kinda reminds me of Long Beach CA.Just that there's not a beach.

The dominant black neighborhood used to be a small pocket in west phoenix.
Like the 7th st Buckeye through 27th ave Buckeye area.Shyt got hit with that gentrification bomb, tho

There are alot of clubs in the downtown area. Tempe is pretty popping. What I would do is hit up the local grocery store and talk to the black people you see there
