I can quit my six figure job today and get a higher paying job tomorrow.

Studies show that in terms of quality of life people between 50K to 100k are exactly the same.

so if somebody is bragging about 90k a year job chances are they are lying.
cause you still gonna feel poor after paying all your bills. the house might a lil bigger and the car might be a lil nicer
but so are the payments and debts etc.

100k or 50k you still middle class. Nobody at my work is bragging about their paychecks. even my boss wishes she had raise.

My sis in law makes 25+ an hr and is still living paycheck to paycheck but she has student loan debt from when she got her masters.

When i hear people say $12 ain't shyt thats probably for their bills, debt, and lifestyle otherwise a single mid 20's to 30's adult can live a comfortable somewhat minimalist life off that.

If I'm not mistaken, I think minimum wage here in alabama is like 8.25 or something like that.

I make $2 over minimum, I work at Zaxby's. I'm in college though just gotta pay half my apartment rent,groceries etc.

LYea and I'm not going to lie it gets rough sometime. The only good thing Is, I'm single with no kids and no real responsibility so I have a chance to put some money away but at the same time spend some on me. Today is payday and i recently got my raise hoping for a good check
