Same here. I don't mind the race talks sometimes( I've actually learn quite a bit about history reading some of their posts ). But I feel we are doing an injustice to our people, by always talking about white people. It seems nobody really wants to talk about our issues. One thing I've learned from working with nothing but Indians is, they are a tight knit group, Yes part of that is because they never had to face the stuff our people did and they have a mostly positive culture because of it. I use to be on that "We are the world" Stuff until I started working with them ( I mean this in a positive way ). I observed how they hire each other, mostly shop at their own supermarkets, same thing with the Mexicans, Asians and Africans out here in Montgomery County, they have a ton of little stores here. Yet in Baltimore city, on every corner there's some Asian carry out or weave/nail store near it. So how do we get there? by fixing the negative things in our culture and stop waiting for white people to do it.

I don't believe most black people (nationalists, pan africanist, etc) believe in segregation. Most of us do believe in separation. Segregation and separation are two completely different things.

The system of racism and white supremacy is designed for us to lose. It's the reason why we need to be separate. We're not going to get justice in this system. Most black people are so politically retarded, they don't even realize why they believe what they believe regarding racism. It's why whenever someone does or says something fukked up to black people, there's always a group of nikkas running to defend white people (AKA jumping on the c00n train).

As I said in a different thread Jews separate themselves. They build their own schools, create their own curriculum, and hire their own teachers. They control the politics, economics, and education of their own communities. They have Jewish owned and operated schools, banks, hospitals, libraries, even colleges.

Blacks get segregated. Meaning the school, curriculum, and teachers are still under the control of a white supremacist social structure. We get segregated into institutions which we don't own or control and ultimately end up getting fukked over in the process. Which is why you'll have a school that's 95% black and they learn the same bullshyt about black history as a school that's 95% white.

The most notable example of separation was Black Wall Street. OW Gurley decided to decline a position working for the president of the US and purchase some land in Tulsa. He and other blacks business leaders knew black people had a better chance of economic progress if they pooled their resources, worked together and supported each other's businesses. They separated themselves from white people and made a successful, wealthy community by blacks, for blacks. They weren't forced to do it. Tulsa was separated (they had complete control) Burmingham was segregated (they had no control)

Whenever blacks talk about being separate, the same thing every other group does, the first thing that's brought up is "Well that's racist and we ended segregation a long time "

The average black person is completely ignorant about racial politics. Despite how many times white people have made it perfectly clear they want absolutely nothing to do with us, you still have black folks saying, black people fukk over other blacks more often than white people. i grew up in harlem so i was always taught about racism by my pro-black and afrocentric teachers. its something i have always known about and acknowledged, but i honestly dont care about race at all. not even a little bit. i care about how people act as human beings. for example if i have a daughter, and she brings home a boyfriend of ANY race, im gonna like him if he's a good kid and i wont like him if he's a little idiot. doesnt matter what skin color you are, if you dont know how to behave around other people with class, then get the fukk away from my daughter.

This is actually a good discussion. Even though there is still lots to overcome, and I'll root for a black figure when they're tryna do something good for themselves (sports, politics, business, etc), I've dealt with suspect activity and been screwed over by people of all races. That's why I always look at both sides of every issue before making judgements. Last thing I want to do is back a brotha or sista who ends up being an embarrassment to the race
