Im thinking about smoking agian. I havent smoked a butt in 7 years. Im 27 and smoked from 17-20.

For some reason im craving a cig or two but worried it might turn to a pack a day.

they got EXTRA EXTRA mentols. like u smoke one in your car n they fog the windows up cause they so minty.

OP, you might try those electronic, battery-powered vaporizor fake cigs that use steam to deliver just nicotine -- few/no carcinogens, no smoke. But avoid the brand that exploded & disfigured that one dude earlier this year...

If you've gone so far without them and u wanna stay smoke free don't do it.

If u don't really care, then go ahead and smoke. The main deterrent against smoking these days is the prize of cigarettes. Long gone are the days of the 80s and 90s when a pack of smokes was like 3 bucks.

I'm still a smoker. Been a smoker since I was 14 and I will be 28 next month. The longest I've gone without was last year, I quit for close to 3 months but then started again.

I got my discipline down when it comes down to cigs tho. I only smoke about 6 a day. I think if I wanted to I could quit but I don't feel like it. Over the last 4 years or so I've learned to restrain myself so I don't smoke more than 6 a day (9 if I'm drinking). Its not bad, some people smoke like a pack or pack and a half a day so compared to them I'm not that bad.

Don't smoke breh and if you have to buy a disposable e cig. I'm currently taking Champix right now to quit. I should have quit after week 2 but I'm still smoking on week 3 but way less. I've gone from 20 cigarettes a day down to 5 or 4. I can see myself quitting with these meds though cause now my head doesn't go crazy when I don't have one.
