If you're in ketosis, stick to it.

These non Harlem approved livits are all short term gimmicks and unsustainable. The only downside on Keto is sorting out the electrolytes as it can get quite difficult and the brain rails at the thought of how much salt you truly need due to a lifetimes programming. Thing is you're drinking much, much more water and whizzing it too on keto so it all balances out if you can figure out exactly how much you need and of what.

There is a reason why its the go to food protocol to heal so many issues because it works as carbs/sugar are quite literally poison and the root of many ills.

Take a look at this:

I'm thinking of giving it a try :patrice:

Won't go 100% carnivore but will follow Saladino's modified version where you can get carbs from fruits and honey. I might change that for another carb source if my workouts begin to suffer.

Eating vegetable, grains etc gives me stomach issues so I might as well see if carnivore works better for my gut.

I've done Keto in the past for like 7 months and experienced massive health benefits:
Used to have frequent problems with acid reflux, that went away completely. Brain fog went away. Had more energy throughout the day.

But there were also some downsides, mainly
electrolyte imbalances which resulted in frequent cramps and having to eat salt all the time. Frequent constipation.
no because I'm not a lion, just eat a balanced diet breh.

I felt great but mentally it doesn’t feel right not eating vegetables and I wasn’t having regular bowel movements.

I've done a fair amount of reading and listening on this, as I too have become curious about the carnivore diet (was actually planning on starting to give it a whirl on Monday). What I heard about the lack of bowel movements is that your body utilizes what you eat, so there's not going to be a lot of waste. Much different than if you had been eating a lot of vegetables and fiber.
