So why be off beef but yet eat steak at times?
Kinda seems odd to be going half way with it.
Well a steady diet of red meat is horrible, but once you go OFF red meat there's no easy way back. Pork as weird as it is is different, you might get gas but that's it. Red meat? That shyt will torture your stomach to no end. I workout so protein is always good, but mostly I like a good steak dinner as a night on the town with the 'ol lady, so I couldn't give it TOTALLY up anyway.
