Pretty much this . They were edibles & first time I felt a lil something but other than that it didn’t do much . Maybe helped a bit with sleep .

Had some THC edibles that got me right tho

Buy CBD flower. Usually 14-20% CBD and less than 1% THC. That store bought CBD is trash and never worked for me but flowers are great.

There's some really good strains out there:




They all help with anxiety but some are for nighttime as they will put you to sleep.

There's a couple of vendors in NC. Hemphop does same day local delivery I believe and they have quality flower. WNC specializes in indoor so they're very pricey. I usually wait for sales.

I'd recommend a vaporizer as CBD activates at a lower temperature than THC. You can still smoke it though.

Plenty of good vendors that ship flower legally to nearly every state. I order flower to NY all the time. Hemp is legal because of the low THC. They include documents in the package saying the contents are legal.

You don't have to go to a dispensary. I agree with everything else you said. Most of these brands are using isolate which doesn't do anything noticeable.
