What makes the career so great for males? I have been considering a career change and I already have a Bachelors so I can potentially do an accelerated course. I'd like to do the ICU to CRNA route to get to that real paper.

From my experience male nurses have easier time getting jobs in ICU or emergency. They like having guys around because of all the moving and turning we do with patients. Males are much more easy going, so its easier to excell around a bunch of crazy women. Female nurses seem to have more respect for men in the field than they do each other.
