Do yall employers really do deep background checks like that? I know a girl who's a felon and always working shytty jobs that high schoolers get. I'm mean cant she just check no on the application for criminal history? Of course this wont fly with government jobs, banks, insurance ect.. but surely she should be able work in a warehouse or some shyt I would think

a lot about background checks depends on state, company, age when crime was committed etc. She need to do some research before responding to questions about criminal history or just look up what she should or should not answer.

Even if she was honest for a warehouse job they wouldnt care at a place like that. A lot of people at blue collar jobs like that tend to have pasts.not putting it down, just stating the truth. If they only hired boy scouts at places like that they would have a hard time hiring.

But, I'm not HR but have heard in a general sense for a lot of normal lower wage jobs, they either don't bother with it or do the bare minimum.
