Im thinking of in the future growing out my beard. That shyt itches and I keep cutting it down to chin straps.

Any advice? Lotions, or beard shampoo ?

Mine doesn't grow that high on the face, so it will be mostly neck and a strap...

yeah i got a full beard. you just have to let it grow, it will stop being itchy after a couple weeks. then you can trim it if you want,lately i said fukk it and just let mine grow wild. i got long hair too so i look like jesus.

you have to take care of it so it doesn't get nappy. wash it everyday, i comb it every time i wash it. and after it gets a certain height, i start to pick it out after i wash it just so it doesn't get nappy...

Biotin & brush it throughout the day to stimulate the follicles..

I don't know about anyone else but my beard only itched for that first week when you start growing it out.. (Taking in mind you started growing it when it was very low and/or no hair on your face.)
