this is what you do step by step
1. sit in a chair like a normal chair, nothing leaning back cuz you will fall asleep
2. sit up up straight with your finger locked
3. close your eyes and begin breathing through your nose.
4.while your breathing focusing on the inhale and exhaling part.
5.during this your mind will wonder off but bring your focus back to your breath.
after awhile you will slept into a trance like state. but don't be scared because now your body mind are on the same page. remember keep your focus on your breathing. try doing it for 15 min set a timer that's what helps me keep track of the time. the more you do it the easier it will become. man you will love the benefits of it trust me.
