For the most part I've always had knowledgeable bosses that have been fair with me for the most part.

working 2000 miles away from the office, I don't really know a lot of the inner-workings of what happens down there. I'm going down there in 2 weeks for a conference, so I'll get the scoop then.

It's only going to get worst. I went through something similar with a female like others said if she doesn't know what what she is talking about but let the title go to her head she'll be a nightmare to deal with now and more so in the future.

well when I get down there in a few weeks, I'm gonna have to talk to her about easing up. I haven't met her in person yet.

Hell no, one way another one of you has to go or u have to conform. I hate having female bosses its like they have a chip on theor shoulders and over compensate.

I've had plenty of women bosses. it was never really an issue until now.
