This might be nixed, guys. I've tried with a VPN up, appearing in India. I'm trying to buy one year for ~$15 USD on three different cards. At first, my bank was blocking the transaction. Now, YouTube is.

nordvpn they have a free trial, once its on go to netflix to sign up and make sure when you go to netflix the tr is in the address bar

turn vpn on to turkey
sign up turkish account

turn off vpn buy turkish giftcards
turn back on vpn redeem giftcards done
