Southeast Houston sucks...its Lil Mexico over there. Southwest Houston has some dangerous parts...got to be careful there..It is close to a lot things though. I grew up in Alief for a good chunk of my life. Its really mixed up there racially. Unless, you are trying to save on rent I wouldn't recommend living in those areas.

I'm probably exaggerating, but I feel like when I graduated from Hastings back in 99 ( ) the color lines were equal amongst black, white, Asian and south Asian kids

lol in Alief all the white kids left especially since in one of the schools there was a black principal there. Its mainly Hispanic/Southeast Asian and black now.

True, Alief is like a smaller Oakland.

lol in Alief all the white kids left especially since in one of the schools there was a black principal there. Its mainly Hispanic/Southeast Asian and black now.

Some of the white kids went to private schools because Alief was gettin real hood in the early 90s. Alief has been black/Asian/Hispanic for a long time. Almost all the white people moved out now.
