This lets us all know that he's really not even trying anymore...I hope nobody would ever describe him as a perfectionist...

Maybe he's a realist. What's wrong with him being honest and objective? If everytime he released an album he declared that "this is my best work yet" I would eventually think "this nikka he's just trying to hustle some sales." It seems he has some sense of what his best work is and while this is not it it's close. The better question is what is he ranking MCHG over. I'm guessing RD, BP, and TBA are the top three. I just can't see how he think's this is better than AG or Volume I, though.
