Once you are in game open the Options Menu, then Graphics and at the bottom you can select either a 30fps or a 60fps cap. You don’t need to restart. The Series X seems to be able to hold 60 with all the settings maxed out.

Otherwise, the Xbox version has full pc-like graphic options....Series X runs this bad boy at a locked 60fps with everything maxed out, got rid of bloom tho since I hate that and motion blur
