with Justice league flopping and the DCEU now focusing on single character movies, there's no reason for team-up event movies against a big bad like Darkseid...

shame we'll never get to see his swag times a trillion in live-action

If New Gods gets the green light to film then yeah we'll see him but I doubt he'll be doing any cray shyt in the movie considering it'll most likely be a Scott Free/Barda story

It can still happen if the new gods movie gets made and if flashpoint really does end up rebooting the whole cinematic universe. We've got a batman movie coming and a suicide squad movie too. If these do well theyll likely reconsider doing an actual extended universe again but this time doing it right and not trying to rush it.

- i never read any of the comics growing up. Ans the only reason i know about darkside is cuz of that show.
