They did a good job making us feel sorry for the Carrie character and at one point I actually thought she was going to have a good night at the prom. But when that pig blood went all over her...

that shyt is lethal tho considering it was a steel bucket and it was hanging from the top of the rafters, I was thinking had nothing happened like carrie running away crying the girl would be doing time and i was cool with that happening but i also wanted to see her go full Charles Xavier on their asses

I've never seen the original but I thought it was cool. I enjoyed the first 3/4 it but not really the last 1/4. To be honest, anytime when it deals with special effects and stuff I get bored, I like the dialogue part.

I thought Chloe did a very good job of making the viewer feel bad for her. In school some might look at me as a "bad boy" or what not, but I always had a soft spot for the kids who couldn't speak English, had bad clothes, were picked on, etc

The mom was mentally ill... she just wanted to fit in

There was one shot I really liked (and I'm not even into cinematography and all that), it's when after she was asked to the prom she was sitting in the locker by herself, the lighting and everything was perfect.

Girl is very talented.

The bluray ending was quite disturb ing and had much chill factor than the entire film.
