I feel like that would be the only reason. Sex. I’m talking to a couple of brehs that are younger than me currently. I don’t want anything serious with them, they’re not ready(and to be real I’m not either). I don’t think a 32 year old woman would take this that seriously, she might just want sex.

We were outside and other ppl could clearly see us but couldn't quite tell what was going on...it was dark and cars were obstructing view...

Given you are both technically adults, I wonder if it's not her age alone which makes you uncomfortable with giving her a chance.
Honestly, it could just be, deep down, you really aren't feeling her like that, not enough where the age doesn't bother you because you would be more interested in seeing what could develop.
I suspect, perhaps, if you guys had a spark that was sincere, though her age might give you cause to take pause, you might still find your attraction to her stronger and would not care too much...that's not to say you wouldn't still be hesitant, but maybe it wouldn't see like you would have to talk yourself into staying with the union. Does that make sense?
All in all, it might not just boil down to the age difference. Though you didn't ask, I'll offer this - don't waste your time or hers trying to kid yourself if you are not truly feeling this.
