My question is I’ve used these products before many times , do I have a case as well

They were exposed by a reputable lab that they did have pesticides in them last year. They rolled out a new line saying pesticide free but who knows. Most vape brands get away with using low quality concentrate in their cartridges because there are ways to mask it. If you’ve dabbed enough you’d know straight from the get if you’re smoking low quality shyt. I have no idea about you having a case that’s worth pursuing but it’s worth a shot.
