yeah i definitely catch a child porn vibe from this guy, that was my first thought about the guy, cause he has a car and a laptop and other stuff so i know he could afford his own internet connection, he probably is just downloading child porn from an IP that isnt his own. it doesnt make sense why anyone is sitting in a parking lot on a lawn chair all night on his computer.

I never really frequent them either but 10 years ago or more, they were all over the place, specially in a big city like London. Mainly in tourist areas. They've died down a lot, not many exist any more but u can still find em in tourist areas for people that don't have access to the internet or a computer.
