Why does Whitney need everyone else to be CEO? I feel like all this “i came from nothing” shyt is a manipulative game he’s playing to prop people up as cover for him if shyt ever goes left. I mean, I guess it makes sense for Henry while they’re trying to be a UK based company to have a UK based face but that nikka is evil.

Harper has the brains and Yaz has the money and social cachè; their friendship would yield fabulous results for both of them.
If she had played it cool with the assistant, she could’ve possibly formed a somewhat healthy bond with her, at least as a hedge.
She’s too dumb to realize that assistant most likely told Whitney what happened, or at least hinted, and he put her with Yaz so that she can keep tabs on her and report everything DIRECTLY TO THE CEO.
Yaz’s parents completely fukked her over. She wasn’t prepared for the business world AT ALL.

She keeps skipping steps, which is classic nepo behavior. She takes a small step forward and assumes she's arrived. I had to look up that theory the Comms dude told Whitney to Google after he got fired, but it was basically that dumb people tend to be the most confident because they don't know how much they don't know. It was hilarious how quickly he was able to peg Yas to a tee in that sense. His only misstep is thinking Whitney isn't playing a completely different "game" altogether.

I have no doubt in my mind that Sally been playing Johnny from jump as well. Whitney is really the worst villain we've seen in a minute. This is some goat-level puppeteering. He definitely had Johnny killed with them drugs too. Now I wonder what that means for Harper going forward cause shes not going to stop this short.
