'Industry' to Release Final Five Episodes Early on HBO Max - Variety

I was actually intrigued by the concept. Tis a shame.

After reading the article, I don't think this means they're bushing the show.
I think HBO is just really pushing HBO Max and is trying to take advantage of ppl being home even more around the holidays.

Like the article said, after announcing WW84 is debuting on Xmas, you can tell that the HBO brass is really pushing streaming.

I wish they would have done this with "I May Destroy You" earlier this year because their American and UK release schedules were way off.

Show aint no Black Monday but depending on the last 5 they drop all at once, I could see it go for another season. See how Harper rises in this industry where diversity may traditionally not be welcomed.

This most recent episode was better than last weeks. I'm still somewhat intrigued by the show, but like someone else mentioned it's just missing something. It's weird HBO put this show on Monday's. It's like they had no faith in it.

well shyt. when I find out a show is cancelled, I have little incentive to watch the rest of the episodes. I mean what's the point if they are done already.

kind of a shame, cuz HBO will routinely let terrible shows run for multiple seasons like "girls" for instance.
