Put some muscle in your back. You doin to much ab work on the ladies and not picking them up for that spread eagle pounding.

Muscle helps support the pain and make it hurts less.
this aint for me.... I'm deadlifting 405 lbs with no straps unc. This for a woman whose back is blown out:takedat:

Honestly, the easy fix for me was to sleep on the floor. And if you're not down with that, the firmest mattress you can find but nothing will compare to the ground.

Your bones ain't built for this pillow soft shyt, nothing in nature mimics it. It's TOO soft, causing your bones to not be as aligned over time because your body is depending more on your tissues/fat than your skeleton to keep form on these soft ass surfaces. Look at old folks for instance, the ones with curved spines are usually a symptom of this. All the older dudes I've spoke to with work related back problems say the floor is the way to soothe the issue.

Apparently Michael Jackson himself also slept on the floor lol

@skeetsinternal always talking about what he would do to those women he likes posting but in reality he got them back problems that would have a girl looking elsewhere.
