this aint for me.... I'm deadlifting 405 lbs with no straps unc. This for a woman whose back is blown outPut some muscle in your back. You doin to much ab work on the ladies and not picking them up for that spread eagle pounding.
Muscle helps support the pain and make it hurts less.
