I'm talking to anyone with back pain such as a herniated disc, muscle spasms and the such
I work out pretty hard and for a while I wasn't able to squat after a certain amount of weight. I went to the chiro, doctprs, stretched a lot and NOTHING worked. I would get this sharp jolt of pain in my lower back that would put me in the bed for days. This video below has saved my back and im moving better than ever before.
Stick with it for 5 days to two weeks and im telling you that you will feel a difference
