"Anything" was a "Hard Knock Life" carbon copy that ended up being Classic anyway. But it's not better than "Hard Knock Life", it was nothing more than Jay trying to have another "Broadway" sample but it worked. Love the song. I actually had the international version of Vol 3 that Un got stabbed for leaking and it was on there as well as the original "Is that yo B!tch" track. Don't get me wrong, I love "Anything" but can't put it over "Hard Knock Life" cause again it was just a copy of that song. I kinda of view "Anything" as an unofficial sequel to "Hard Knock Life".

Exactly, I remember thinking, "What the hell is a Jay solo doing on this album"? But Jay was mad cause of bootlegging and had to make some money off the track so he put it on Beans album. Then Jay gave bleek "Is that yo B!tch" on his album, lol. I don't care the original version is better than Bleek's version but I can't front, Bleek did break some good energy on his version.
