Theres more active legit hip hop clubs in SF/Oakland now than ever before (since i been alive, going on 30).

Sf:
Holy Cow (open thurs-saturday, cracking down on crowd though due to recent shooting)
The Roc
The Grand
Origin
Hue
Empire Room(more asian heavy crowd, but still all hip hop)
Infusion (open weds-Saturday, industry hip hop nights weds/thursday, better on Thursday)
2nd floor of Temple (top floor on Thursday, industry night)
Balancore
Harlot (Sunday night only, some Wednesday)
The End Up(sundaze / sunday day party)

All play hip hop every Friday and Saturday night

I ain't been to a lot of these, I been to Empire Room and wasn't fukkin with it but Ima check out some of the other ones.

Just look for where Young California DJs are at and thats where youll find the parties the niners, warriors, raiders, groupies, etc will be at.
