I won’t even say it’s that. Here’s an example: when me and my partners in the military got promoted to sergeant, we had these grandiose ideas on how we were gonna change the culture and make shyt change. That thought lasted a good month if that. Systems and procedures are X amount years old don’t get changed with a Thanos snap cause you are a newbie and got all of this energy with no capital or sweat equity to back it up. You can deny it and try to break the mold as much as you want but ultimately , the system will break YOU because of how long it’s been in place and the subordinates are indoctrinated.
