They can be vicious!!!! They're anybody killer too. Friends, foes, boss, cafeteria lady, etc.. One actually looked out for me professionally. Then I got to know her. Serious daddy issues and downright vindictive. Would cry in meetings. Would make her employees cry. When she left the company it was a relief for a lot of people.

The older women at my jobs are stone cold. They came up during that era where women had to act like men in the workplace. They can't stand a lot of the younger women especially the sensitive ones.

The older women at my jobs are stone cold. They came up during that era where women had to act like men in the workplace. They can't stand a lot of the younger women especially the sensitive ones.

I find that women are 2x more aggressive and troublesome to deal with in the workplace when they are pulling rank.

It's also no coincidence that most of the problem claims I have involve women as well.

There's a mix of feeling insecure, don't want to be taken advantage of and straight up A1 type personalities that take no shyt.

I tip my hat cuz the shyt they fight for I would lose my energy. Do not piss off a woman at work that is intelligent, strong and feels she is being downplayed.

I don't see this trait in men, the closest I would see is in a homosexual man.

Not a diss but you don’t understand politics then. They do it for access and influence when needed. I can speak from a MIL perspective but a lot of these countries military wouldn’t even exist without the US Congress and Federal Reserve. None of this shyt is done out of the kindness of our hearts.

It’s called seniority and control of the Democratic caucus that she needs the backing of. Ain’t hard to figure out.
