I copped me a 2 bed, 2 story, 2.5 bath apt back in the fall for $1400 :whew: they even got their own Amazon type lockers for these fukk ass porch pirates :umad:

The place I was at before was a bit over $900... The owners sold, and it easily became my worst living experience ever :martin: I'm talmbout, a moment of clarity hit me that I live in the slums. I have slum lord :mjcry: The price hike was MORE than worth it

Keep hunting OP :salute: I took me about two months but I found my new home. I'm sure you'll do the same

A lake near Tampa FL
I can do Mott haven for 1100….

But you’re right, you may get something for 1300-1350

Brownsville, I’m good 1100 or not (nothing out that way to do)
I don't mind living in a boring neighborhood in NYC as most of the city is easily accessible through public transit.

Before I moved to Florida I lived in Canarsie, as a neighborhood by itself Canarsie is boring AF :heh: but I didn't mind cause I could just hop on a train or bus to go elsewhere in the city to do something that interests me. If someone asked me what is there to do in Canarsie I would like :patrice: IDK, maybe go see the Pop Smoke mural on Flatlands and E80th? :patrice:

I loved Original Pizza on Ave L, its overlooked AF only because of the neighborhood its located in. If that Pizza shop existed in Soho or something the line would be out the door everyday :dead:

In NYC you can rent a room with $1000
$1500 gets you a basement apartment in Queens
$1800 might get you a studio in The Bronx
$2300 will get you a 1br in a decent area
$3300 will get you a nice 1 bedroom or a regular 2 or 3 bedroom apartment in the outer boroughs.
$
$4000 might get you something really small in Manhattan

It’s crazy that you gotta make damn near 80k here, just to avoid having roommates. If you’re lucky, you’ll find a rent stabilized spot. My sister found one and pays like $1200
