I've been listening to this for the past few days. shyt is ridiculous. Can't stop playing it. Both she and Apollo KILLED this album. Easily one of my favorites of the year, and probably past few years. shyt don't make no sense how good it is.

Yo, I still can't get over this one.

Not to sound offensive to any previous female emcees, but Che is the only emcee I may have ever heard that makes me not even think about the fact that she's a female.

Like, with most female emcees I'd have a tendency to throw the female part in there when ranking them alongside the men. I'd be like such and such is one of my favorite female emcees. Che is one of my favorite newer emcees period right now.

As far as female emcees go, Jean Grae. Che Noir. Rapsody, and Rah Digga (especially over Nottz beats). Those are my 4 favorites, and Jean is probably #1, but man...I like this Che/Apollo album already more than I like any of Jean's albums.

I know what you mean. Most of the time the female part plays a role in judging an artist or project. This time I'm just like yo :wow: this is dope. Who cares about the mc gender?
