Have a dialogue on the mental state of women? breh it is not that complicated. Women with big asses get more attention from BOTH sexes. So a big ass is a status symbol now. People chase status symbols they wanna feel special and liked.
Sex workers get them as an investment to make more money.
If you want to see it change then start a movement small asses matter movement or something. Bbls wont stop until big asses stop being sought after...

Just like Mike Tyson said "Everyone has a plan until they get punched in the face". They just see ol girl on ig with 1 mil followers and the big ass and all the luxury and exotic things she is posting herself doing. If you had a 1 in 3000 chance of dying or getting a million dollars would you take it? (that's what it's worth to some of them)
Even if you don't I know a lot of people would. Nobody regrets it unless they die/have complications themselves.
