I been seeing this "box braid" shyt on my TL all day and was confused af until I looked it up. One random nikka allegedly shytted on box braids (I can't even find the supposed post ) and now all black men are getting grouped together and bashed for it I've never heard a nikka in real life even say this shyt. It's so easy to get us to flip on each other. Just search the words "box braids" on Twitter and you'll see all sorts of stupidity going on

I love braids on black women. Been quite a few that went from 5s to 8s based on braids alone. Started a thread on braids here, might have to revisit for my own use. Patra braids, poetic justice braids, box braids, cornrows, etc.. I love all that on black women. I liked it on Madonna too in her one video.
