Some players sulk and look stupid. These cowboys have mastered the art of dealing with losses. Dez hates loosing. nikkas need to deal with it. His teammates let him down. His coaches let him down.

Allowing him to act out and throw tantrums whenever he feels like it is not helping the team. And that team needs all the help they can get.
