marriage is more than just a relationship, ya'll take marriage like hookups or dating in this culture
i'ts not some relationship that ran it's course, there's no point in it if that's the mentality you have.

Y'all, I been following Tia on social media for years, the reason being that I liked her in Sister Sister growing up and even more in The Game.
I watched this woman inch closer and closer to trying to put out thirst traps on social media over the past 2 or 3 years.
Had me like
cause she's married and it was like she was trying to do the same thing these bird brained thots that are half her age are doing.
Then she did that interview where she threw Cory up under the bus, trying to paint him as negative cause he won't "let her do certain things".
It was obvious to me that breh wasn't down for that foolishness, and had probably told her to stop.
But Tia is in a second childhood right now. Instead of recognizing that she had a solid breh at home (nah I don't know him, i just go by the interviews I've seen and even what Tia herself has said about him) who is a good husband and father to her children, she's too busy looking at the grass on the other side of the fence looking at "thots having all the fun" and wishing that was her. Not realizing that a lot of these thots would stop immediately (not all of them obviously) if they could get what she had at home. A decent brotha who has clout of his own, who people look up to who seems to care about them.
I've seen this mess up close and personal before. The way women allow themselves to be influenced by thots on social media is mindblowing. It's a cancer.
Remember brehs... if she don't have a strong will and mind of her own, that T.H.O.T. hivemind is always lurking in the cut trying to connect to her brain and drag her off course. And a lot of these chics are too dumb to resist it.

Yep. It's no wonder so many relationships fail. I had a woman point blank tell me that she wasn't paying no attention to the vows she took. That she thought marriage was cool and if she got tired of it, she would just take the lesson she learned in this relationship, and just move on to the next.
These people's brains are fried outchea.

Maybe Poppa or Grandpa pulled it off in the 70s, but females are not gonna waste their years in a marriage/relationship they don't want to be in..

I'm not sure what this means in real life terms. She made an important decision that she felt was best for her and her family. That was more important than thinking about "well who will I date next." Most people who break up, get divorced, etc and re-enter the single world get depressed or frustrated by it. This is a completely normal, inevitable reaction. Starting over again may go faster when you're younger, but takes even more time later when you're older.
People reveling in her pain and acting like she needs to be punished by god look real suspect to me. This reminds me a lot of the Ciara obsession here. Given that no one here knows 100% what was going on in this woman's initiate relationship with her now-ex husband, popping off and making definitive statements about her character or priorities is weird as fukk. Does she look like an old fish out of water? Sure. Keep it at that tho. All this other weirdo shyt veers pretty far into me thinking some of you guys don't think women should be allowed to divorce, and they should shut up and suffer in a bad marriage as long as he's not hitting her. Do me a favor: go outside and touch grass.

It’s actually the opposite. Misery loves company and a lot of these older single women portray that single lifestyle as fun, entertaining and full of excitement, when in actuality it’s filled with emotional damaged women fighting for men’s attention who frankly don’t care much to give it to them due to their options and lack of time (work, kids, etc)
She has a right to leave and she is clearly mourning but go to your therapist, don’t post on social media looking for sympathy.

Men tend to take their Ls in silence. Women not so much, especially in the social media age. She probably got a lot of fans and friends asking about her well-being and this is her response.
I wouldn’t take it to mean she has regrets. Divorce seems hard from beginning to the end even if you find new love. You wish she would’ve kept her family together but we don’t know enough as to what led her to walk away from the marriage.
The “graduation” line makes it seem like she felt she outgrew her marriage which is jacked up but again we don’t know for sure.
